Demand capture

Every RFQ that lands in the inbox becomes structured demand.

Most aftermarket demand still arrives as unstructured email. Avilinkr reads those messages, extracts part numbers, quantities, conditions and deadlines, and turns each one into a tracked RFQ with the supply and pricing work already started.

WHAT AVILINKR READS

  • Inbound RFQ emails and attachments
  • Part numbers, quantities, condition and required dates
  • Customer identity and prior conversation history
  • Deadlines and follow-up state

WHAT CHANGES COMMERCIALLY

  • No manual re-keying between inbox and quoting sheet
  • Requests triaged by value, urgency and win likelihood
  • Nothing lost in a shared mailbox
  • Response time measured per request, per seller
Questions

Email & RFQ Inbox questionswe get asked

Shared quoting or sales mailboxes are connected per deployment, scoped to the folders your team designates. Personal correspondence outside that scope is not accessed.

Parsed fields are shown alongside the original message so a seller can confirm or correct them. Corrections feed back into the model, so accuracy improves on the formats your customers actually send.

They still enter the pipeline as a tracked request with the raw message attached, so nothing disappears — the seller simply completes the missing fields.

Only within boundaries your team sets. Avilinkr starts by drafting responses for approval; automated sending is an explicit choice, not a default.
