AVIATION ERP · QUANTUM CONTROL

Quantum Control integration for aviation aftermarket quoting

Quantum Control already holds the truth about your inventory, repair capability and trading history. Avilinkr reads it, joins it with the RFQs hitting your inbox and the market around you, and returns a recommended bid with the reasoning attached. Your system of record does not change.

Positioning

Keep Quantum Control.Add the intelligence layer on top.

Aftermarket teams do not lose deals because the ERP is wrong. They lose them because the commercial picture is spread across the ERP, a shared quoting mailbox, marketplace tabs and the experience of two or three senior sellers. The data exists; it is simply never in one place at the moment a bid is due.

Avilinkr does not ask you to migrate. It sits above Quantum Control as a commercial intelligence layer, reading what the ERP knows and returning decisions your sellers can act on — priced, sourced and explained — inside the minutes that decide whether you win the request.

From ERP recordto recommended bid

01
READ

Scoped read from your Quantum Control environment

Avilinkr connects through the database or integration interface your environment exposes, over a scoped, read-only account agreed with your IT team. Only the tables required for commercial decisions are in scope.

RESOLVE

Part numbers normalised, alternates and supersessions linked

ERP part records rarely match how customers ask. Avilinkr normalises numbering, links alternates and supersessions, and reconciles condition codes so a request can be matched to what you can actually supply.

JOIN

ERP truth joined to inbox demand and market signal

The ERP record is one of several inputs. Avilinkr joins it with RFQs arriving by email, customer trading behaviour and marketplace signals, so a bid reflects your position and the market at the same moment.

A recommended bid, with the reasoning shown

Sellers get price, availability route and a confidence score, with the signals behind the recommendation visible. Write-back of quotes into Quantum Control is optional and gated by approval rules you define.

Questions

Quantum Control questionswe get asked

No. Quantum Control stays your system of record. Avilinkr reads from it and layers RFQ intake, part intelligence and bid recommendation on top, so your operational and financial processes are untouched.

Connections are established per deployment, using the database or integration interface your Quantum Control environment exposes. Scope, refresh frequency and read or write permissions are agreed with your team before anything is enabled.

By default Avilinkr reads. Write-back for quotes or follow-up activity is optional and only enabled with explicit approval boundaries defined by your team.

Data is synchronised on a schedule agreed for your environment, so stock, repair and customer signals used in a bid reflect the state of the ERP rather than a manual export.

Timelines depend on your environment and access approvals. A first connected RFQ workflow is typically scoped during the demo, where we walk through your own data and confirm what a first deployment involves.

Reads are scoped and scheduled to avoid contention with operational use, and the cadence is tuned with your team. Avilinkr does not run ad-hoc queries against production without an agreed access pattern.

Yes. Avilinkr is designed as a layer above the systems of record, so multiple environments or a mixed ERP estate can feed the same commercial intelligence layer.
